WHAT IS GRAD NIGHT?
This annual Auburn Mountainview tradition is an evening full of surprises, activities, entertainment, and food all held at “secret” locations. The locations and associated activities for Grad Night are intentionally kept under wraps. Not only does it add to the excitement of the evening, but it also protects students from “crashers” to the event. Grad Night is organized, presented, and chaperoned by the Booster Club and their professional, vetted vendors to include medical and security staff.
Seniors won’t want to miss this fun and unforgettable event!! Seniors must purchase a ticket to attend. Grad Night festivities kick off Graduation night at 9pm. Graduates will meet at Auburn Mountainview High School, where they will board buses that will take them to the event locations. The locations changes every year and is kept a well-guarded secret. Graduates will be returned to AMHS at approx. 7am on Sunday.
Grad Night is an annual all-night and all-inclusive party sponsored by parent groups (Booster Clubs/PTAs/PTSAs) across the US that allows seniors to celebrate together their accomplishments and make great memories with classmates. More than “just a party,” Grad Night is a commitment by parents, school and the community to conduct a great, once in a lifetime celebration that is alcohol and drug free on a night which is statistically one of the most dangerous nights of our children’s lives.
HOW MUCH DOES GRAD NIGHT COST?
The price for Grad Night covers all food, transportation and activities. No additional fees or spending money is required. All venues are vetted by a professional Grad Night company prior to selection by the Grad Night Committee. We offer our cheapest ticket prices at the launch of ticket sales to help families save money and help the Grad Night Committee get an idea of the number of participants to accommodate for. The sooner we know our numbers, to better we can plan and help families save.

My student went to the Bookkeeper’s window to pay for Grad Night but was told they need to pay the Booster Club. Where do I pay for Grad Night?
That’s correct. The AMHS Bookkeeper does not collect funds for AMBC events/items/donations. Grad Night tickets can be purchased from the Booster Club here or under the Grad Night tickets and donations tab. Also, if we have received your registration without payment you should expect and email with a link to pay. Online payment options are collected via PayPal. You can also pay in person during the dates/times listed below via cash, check or card payment. Additional help is available by emailing us at [email protected].
What is the location, date, and time of Grad Night?
Grad Night will begin the evening of graduation at 8p. Graduates will meet at Auburn Mountainview High School, where they will check in (verifying all required paperwork is received) and board buses that will take them to the event locations, leaving AMHS at 10p. The location changes every year and is kept a well-guarded secret. Graduates will be returned to AMHS at approx. 6am on Sunday.
Why is the location kept a secret?
To insure that Grad Night remains a safe, sober, and drug free event the location is a closely guarded secret and cell phones are collected from students when boarding the bus. This is done in order to prevent “crashers” from jeopardizing the integrity of this fun and popular event.
Can a senior come to Grad Night at any time?
Students will start checking in at 8p and buses will leave at 10p. This is a one way adventure so if students show up late they will miss out. We will call families of registered students who do not get on the bus to notify them of the student’s absence.
What is the point of Grad Night?
Grad Night is a safe, alcohol- and drug-free party to celebrate graduation and the official end of high school years. Graduation is unfortunately a dangerous day for teens: there have been many tragic accidents as kids drink and drive. To avoid having this happen to our kids, parents come together to plan a party that seniors will love.
Please help protect our graduates!
- Do not hold graduation parties that include drugs or alcohol.
- Do not allow your Senior to attend a party that includes drugs or alcohol.
